Kayco Spray Booths can be customized with a number of quality accessories to meet your business needs. In fact we can retrofit any booth, including other manufacturers’ brands, with accessories that will ensure that the job is always well done. Kayco’s current accessory line includes an array of heated air make-up units, supply fans, additional light kits, exhaust systems, filter conversions, replacement doors, replacement panels and extensions.

Waterborne Paint Drying Systems

Blower systems are available in several configurations. The systems work with waterborne as well as solvent based materials. The interior air of the booth is used to create turbulence in the laminar airflow, thus shortening cycle times.

Doors & Sheet Metal Components

We can build doors to fit other manufacturers booths, replacement sheet metal panels, etc. Pictured is an older Spraybake that the doors were worn out. We manufactured the new doors to fit the existing opening using all new hardware.

Duct Work

Kayco provides a full line of ductwork for all of your duct needs. We offer straight duct sections (4′ sections and spiral duct), rain caps (automatic damper caps), flashings, rain skirts, offsets, intake hoods, access doors, square and rectangular duct, companion flanges, etc.

Fans & Motors

Non-sparking fans can be supplied for a wide range of applications. The fans utilize precision balanced sprak resistant aluminum blades with sealed ball bearings. The motor and drive belts are located outside of the airstream so that contaminated air doesn’t come into contact with them.

Heated Air Make Up Units

Heated air make up units are available with new booths or can be retro-fitted to existing booths.
