KAYCO SPRAY BOOTHS WAS CREATED IN 1978
Beginning with the production of its first spray booth, the AB260 Reverse Flow, Kayco built its business by paying attention to customer needs, investing in technology and hard-working employees, and being professional every step of the way. With over 30 years in the industry, Kayco has set the standard for spray booths and is now one of the few quality manufacturers of spray booths in South Texas.
Family owned & operated
Kayco Spray Booths, Inc. is a family-owned and operated company. It was started in 1978 by Bill and Kay Fowler and is now owned and operated by their son-in-law and daughter, Chuck and Carol Koenen.
Chuck
Chief Everything Officer
Chuck is the CEO of Kayco Spray Booths, Inc. From taking out the trash, to quoting jobs, to making all the hard decisions, Chuck does it all! Chuck started working for the company in 1991 and became a co-owner along with his wife in 2015.
Carol
Co-Owner
Carol is a co-owner of Kayco Spray Booths, Inc. and handles everything office related. Carol has officially worked at the company since 1991, but pretty much grew up here, as her parents started the company when she was 5 year old.
Chuck and Carol have two daughters that they are very proud of. Lindsay, who graduated from Texas A&M University in 2016, and Kaylie who will attend Texas State University and play on the volleyball team in the fall of 2018.
Charles
Shop Manager
Charles Friesenhahn (better known as Skooter) started working at Kayco during the summers when he was 14 years old, and has been here ever since. He now is the shop manager and handles everything shop related. Skooter is married to Ginger, and they have two adorable daughters, Callie and Chloe.
John
Purchasing/Shipping Coordinator
John Turek moved to Texas from California and started working at Kayco in 2013. He quickly become an important part of the company, and handles purchasing and shipping. John is married to Karen, has two children and 8 grandchildren.
Tommy
Draftsman
Tommy is the newest member to join our team. He takes care of doing approval drawings, installation drawings and programming for the CNC equipment. He can assist with any drawing modifications, installation questions, and customer support issues.
